I am a professional aviator, instructor, and veteran with nearly two decades of experience leading teams and managing operations and training. I hold PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications. My flight career includes over 4000 flight hours in both military and commercial aircraft, and I have multiple combat and training deployments leading high-performing teams with proven results. I manage a team of flight instructors who are responsible for the training and evaluation of 60 aviators at the Houston Army Aviation Support Facility. In my reserve role, I am the senior Aviation Standardization Officer for 1-149th Attack Battalion (TXARNG) and hold the rank of Chief Warrant Officer 4 in the Texas Army National Guard. I have managed training at the Battalion and Aviation Task Force level (approx. 170 flight personnel and 51 aircraft). I am a U.S. Army Master Aviator, Instrument Flight Examiner, and an Aviation Master Gunner. I have experience in multiple airframes including the Boeing AH64D, Airbus EC-145/LUH-72A, Bell 206/407, and various flight simulators. My FAA certifications include Rotary Wing Certificated Flight Instructor and Instrument Instructor (CFI/CFII), Commercial Rotary Wing-Instrument rating, and Part 107 Remote Pilot with Small Unmanned Aircraft System (SUAS) rating. Awards and decorations include the Air Medal (awarded three times), Combat Action Badge, and the Order of St. Michael. I am a second-year MBA candidate at Rice University's Jones Graduate School of Business, with a projected graduation date of August 2025. In addition, I am currently pursuing Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my children.
