As the operations manager, I organize loads for 6 trucks, coordinate fuel and parking arrangements, manage the truck drivers and convene with customers. It is my duty to make sure each truck is well maintained and goes for regular services. I plan and coordinate the expenses related to the running and management of these trucks including PPE, tires, services, breakdowns, fuel, parking, weighing, loading, offloading, rate planning, cost analysis.I regularly search for new clients and maintain good, long-lasting relationships with current clients. As the operations manager, I have many responsibilities and my focus is to make sure everything runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
