I joined the open source project incubator DitRit (https://ditrit.io) as a Golang developer on two projects:1. BaDaaS: in this project my goal was to design a library to facilitate querying SQL databases. The work done was then isolated and extended, the most recent version can be found at https://github.com/FrancoLiberali/cql.2. OGrEE: in this tool for visualising data centres using virtual or augmented reality I was in charge of the CLI (command line interface) and back-end projects, both done in Golang (https://github.com/ditrit/OGrEE-Core).Technologies: Golang, CockroachDB, MongoDB.

Leader of a team of 4 people, coordinating the different projects (back-end, IoT, front-end and design) and external research teams from different universities (IMT Atlantique, IMT Nord Europe). The tasks focused on the stabilisation of the software through automatic testing (CI), correction of bugs found and addition of new functionalities, improvements in IoT communication and integration of the different internal and external projects. In this way, the first demonstrations with functional prototypes of the product were carried out for customers.Main technologies used: Golang, Neo4J, InfluxDB (back-end); C++, ESP-IDF, The Things Network (IoT).During it I also contributed to open source projects: https://github.com/manuelbl/ttn-esp32 and https://github.com/FrancoLiberali/xr_usb_serial_common_lnx-5.15-pak.

Integration into the company's development team, made up of four other experienced engineers (two of them the co-founders). Given the small size of the team and the size of the web platform (approximately 250,000 users) the tasks were very varied, focused on full-stack development but also including other stages of software engineering such as requirements analysis, deployment, operations, etc. The main technologies of the project are Groovy, Grails, Spring Boot, Hibernate, MySQL and Redis in an architecture in transition from monolithic to microservices. All in an agile methodology framework based on Scrum and a self-organised team.
