I have a great passion for continuous learning and apart from my digital marketing and business development skills, I am skilled in the management of projects and operational processes. Throughout my career, challenges within a dynamic/competitive business environment played such a fundamental role in my life. To go the extra mile with a great level of emotional intelligence helped me to achieve several goals. Since the completion of my Digital Marketing course, I developed an occurring strong interest in managing client databases through the best Customer Relationships Management systems, optimising Mailchimp as the primary newsletter tool, setting up Google Ad Campaigns, doing social media remarketing and using analytical tools to get a 360-degree view of the business. For me, the key recipe for success is to understand the customer, attract the right audience, understand the prospects' journey on the website, identifying anonymous behaviour and collect customer-centric data. Expertise such as analysing, planning, implementing and being creative is performed daily and become second nature. I can say with truth, I am obsessed with quality and have a great eye for attention to detail.
