I had the global responsibility to manage the times, the standards, the deliverables, the terms and the conditions defined in the initial Feasibility Study or in the initial Contract; that include also the chosen of planning tools, measurement, control and risk management. I was responsible to manage all the human resources in the project, including the management of all the subcontractors, to establish and to maintain an efficient plan of communication between the team of work and the customer.
