I am a Lecturer in Applied Health Sciences in the University of Aberdeen, member of the Aberdeen Centre for Health Data Science (ACHDS) and a researcher interested in mathematical modelling of infectious diseases and global health.I have a Physics PhD awarded from the Institute for Theoretical Physics - Sao Paulo State University (2022); BSc (2015) and MSc (2018) in Physics, both from the Sao Carlos Institute of Physics - University of Sao Paulo.Former member of Observatório COVID-19 BR, COVID-19 International Modelling Consortium (CoMo) and EY-Oxford Health Analytics Consortium.Currently a member of HDR UK Impact Committee, UoA Staff Development Committee and Programme Director of the UoA MSc in Health Data Science.
