My career path as been created in pursue of different styles of management, company organization and operation strategies. From budget companies to all-inclusive ultra-luxury category and from world's largest cruise ship to a small 120 passenger river cruise. Such diversity of experiences skilled me with strong background in managing multi-cultural teams and fostering positive relationships between employees, colleagues and guests. My education is built in a long-life learning approach, currently based in a double Master’s degree. I am currently working as a Destination Manager with an extensive travel background in Europe, Oceania (Australia & New Zealand) Asia, Middle East Central America, North America, Caribbean and Arctic. I currently live in Portugal, I have lived in Hungary, France, Spain, Belgium and Czech Republic and traveled Italy, Greece, Latvia, Slovakia, Austria, Poland, Germany and Netherlands etc. I am a native Portuguese speaker, fluent in Spanish and English and I also hold a basic knowledge of French. I am self-motivated and detail-orientated with operations and high-end customers. I have very strong communication and public speaking skills due to my teaching, lecturing and hosting experience.
