As a member of the fast growing C2RO family, I am responsible for the day-to-day operations to support the growth and add to the bottom line. I am focused on strategic planning and goal-setting, as well as directing the operations of the company in support of its long term goals.

As part of a team of industry experts, we have worked with several clients to offer a broad range of services, from strategic analysis, to procedural improvements, to corporate/executive restructuring, to sales analysis/restructuring/reorientation and training.

Worked with several entrepreneurs and early stage startups to provide ongoing guidance and mentorship.District 3 is Concordia University incubation program that works as an innovation hub uniting the Montréal ecosystem for innovators. D3 brings together key players from corporations, government, research, and academia to ensure every innovator and entrepreneur has access to the resources they need to move from idea to impact.

VP of OEM EnablementResponsible for all aspects of getting Diablo’s product offerings enabled and supported on OEM servers (notably IBM/Lenovo/HP/Dell/Foxconn/Inspur/Supermicro). Working directly with 3rd party UEFI providers, I spearheaded the development of UEFI modules to facilitate OEM partner integration. VP Solution SalesI created, established and executed a strategic global sales plan, positioning Diablo’s product offerings in specific verticals, including FINSERV, Big Data, Virtualisation and Database applications. I also assembled a team of industry experts calling directly on highly technical key customers. We performed all pre-sales customer interaction including customer identification, validation, analysis of needs & product fit, followed by initial POC installments.VP Strategic Customer EngineeringPart of a team that negotiated key partner contracts with Server OEMS and SSD Manufacturers, I contributed in the Identification/evaluation/selection of potential strategic partners for Diablo's nascent MCS technology. We negotiated and closed significant contracts with IBM and Smart Storage (acquired by Sandisk). Worked closely with the Lenovo/IBM engineering teams on the technology integration, and lead the technology transfer with the IBM/Lenovo sales personnel for the joint launch of a brand new server platform.VP Semiconductor LabsI architected, built and managed Diablo’s in-house validation facilities to support ASIC development work with lead customers and technology partners. Working with engineering to define the global validation strategy, assembling a multi-disciplinary team to achieve the semiconductor and system level testing required to achieve product qualification at Intel, major server OEMs and third party test/qualification houses. Working very closely with Intel and third party test houses, I drove towards the official recognition and qualification of Diablo’s memory products in accordance with Intel and JEDEC standards.
