Me llamo Francisco. Soy cubano. Ingeniero Informático. Llevo 20 años en la industria del desarrollo de software. En todo este tiempo he visto el surgimiento, evolución, consolidación y obsolecencia de muchas herramientas y tecnologías informáticas. Muchas me han acompañado por muchos años. Otras han quedado en el camino. De todas he aprendido un poco y me han dado un gran bagage técnico y profesional. Pero el mayor aprendizaje ha venido sin duda de las personas. A lo largo de los años he sido parte de muchos equipos de trabajo diversos, en proyectos pequeños y grandes, y siempre el factor humano, mas allá del tecnológico, ha sido clave para el éxito o el fracaso. La paciencia y la perseverancia, la comunicación oportuna en la forma adecuada, la atención al detalle, la capacidad para escuchar, ser lider más que jefe cuando me ha tocado serlo; son todas cualidades que trato de practicar y potenciar en mi día a día, y que me han permitido navegar con éxito por esta industria tan desafiante :)Hello, my name is Francisco.
