Tasks:• Make the testing build using Jenkins and Bitbucket using the latest commits or specific one.• Daily testing in relation to functionality, stability, performance, data entry, user interface, user experience, load, stress, soak, regression.• Development testing (e.g. new user interface, features, functionalities, apps, environments, update...).• Native experience testing: multi-platform and cross-platform support (iOS, Android, ChromeOS, MacOS & Windows) and device specific support (brand, form factor, orientation, resolution, firmware, hardware / OS / accessibility functions...).• Server side testing (different environments, user / apps database, messaging system).• Compliance testing in relation to the company's standards and guidelines.• Certification testing based on first-party requirements (iOS, Android, ChromeOS, MacOS & Windows).• Uncover, analyze, document and manage the software problems or risks.• Communicate with various departments and staff (development, engineering, UI/UX, sales, management, VP of Engineering, CTO).Responsibilities:• Manage and maintain the testing equipment (iOS, MacOS, Android, ChromeOS).• Create training and troubleshooting guides, test plans, checklists and report documents for the staff.• Research and analyze documentation from first-party companies (Apple, Google, Microsoft).• Create first-party requirements and submission checklists and update them on a regular basis.• Document and escalate the submission risks and concerns to the Vice President of Engineering.• Communicate the information to the development teams and establish solutions.• Prepare and carry out all submissions with Apple (iOS & MacOS) and Google (Android & ChromeOS).• Lead analyst during the development of a new user interface and experience for the university edition of the company's product.

• Execute the necessary software testing in assigned game areas.• Assign test cases, review concerns and monitor overall testing progress.• Provide input to test scripts for all platforms.• Acquire the necessary game experience to proactively find and reproduce concerns in software and document these in a clear, detailed and objective manner.• Active communication and sharing of test knowledge/test cases between divisions.• Co-ordinate with other divisions to review all manuals and tutorials.• Assist Testers to understand the testing/certification process, assign tasks ensuring these are completed to specification; assist them to manage concerns; coach and provide individual feedback; act on suggestions, question, complaints or problems.• Review Concerns reported by assigned testers and publish/respond to issues where required.• Take responsibility for the equipment and software security in assigned Division.• Continuously improve knowledge of testing procedures and hardware/software tools useful to Certification testing.• Communicate pertinent information to other members across divisions and regions.• Assist the Project Manager on the day to day communication with Game teams.• Provide support to the Project Manager on Project Management initiatives.• Interact with studio teams to review concerns and exchange information where necessary.• Assist in the maintenance of the latest testing procedures /documentation, share updated test process and information to test groups; assist in departmental-level training as a subject matter expert. Ensure expertise in all Major platforms.• Contribute to Tester Recruitment, act on suggestions, questions, complaints, assess team performance and act upon any issues.• Review test scripts and project specific test plans in accordance with agreed strategy.• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with test groups and other external partners.
