Secondment to EUROJET Turbo GmbH.• Managed EJ200 engine performance, control system, and monitoring activities through chairmanship of the Performance & Controls Sub-Groups during secondment at EUROJET. • Coordinated formal customer software reviews, monitoring and tracking of action lists.• Represented EUROJET at technical meetings with NETMA, Nations, and Eurofighter.• Led dedicated Task Forces (integrated team sizes of up to 8 specialists) to investigate the early in-service problems with Tranche 2 engines; presented regular status reports to internal and external senior forums. • Proposed a revised software qualification process to NETMA/Nations aimed at preventing the recurrence of in-service issues following the fleet implementation of qualified software.

• Compiled MT30 standardisation reports in accordance with Rolls-Royce quality procedures.

• Applied computational techniques, in support of engine certification and standardisation, to predict MT30 gas turbine transient performance to ensure safe operational capability.• Compiled MT30 engine certification reports for ABS approval, entailing analysis of transient engine test data.
