OPRA Turbines develops and manufactures gas turbines for power generation, in the 2MW range, for O&G (onshore and offshore), industrial and Waste-to-power applications.As OPRA Product Manager, I am defining the product strategy and managing the product portfolio.I am defining the product requirements for new developments or changes and I am managing the roadmap to ensure their implementation.I am exploring and evaluating new market applications.I am supporting the Commercial departement with modeling of customer business cases and definition of specific value proposition for each application. Main tasks:- market analysis (size, trends, threats and opportunities)- competitive analysis (strategic pricing, technical benchmarking)- customers needs assessment and Product requirements definition- products lifecycle management (ownership of the Bill Of Material, introduction of changes or new features, performances monitoring)- management of the products roadmapIn addition, I am leading internal projects related to the product portfolio.
