Responsible for all quality assurance and quality control activities within Pratt and Whitney Canada production engine centers. Ensure quality management systems (QMS) are in place and remain compliant to regulatory, industry, corporate, and customer requirements through continued audits across all sites. Support and implement new processes and corrective actions as required to further improve the quality signature of the P&WC product line. Drive continuous improvement projects across the Engine Center network to improve engine assembly processes, quality related activities, as well as reduce risks of non-conformances. Support Engine Center organizations/disciplines in the implementation of corrective actions to ensure compliance to Engineering and Quality requirements in the execution of their tasks.

Manage a team of 25 manufacturing specialists in the Montreal area whose responsibilities include; participation in Integrated Product Teams during the design phase of engine components, supplier production readiness assessments, and supplier technical support in order to improve manufacturing processes to reduce lead-times and cost while meeting delivery schedules and quality requirements.- Coordinate the Poland Manufacturing Engineering team of 15 Engineers- Ensure strategic resource planning to support company wide initiatives for supply chain cost reductions as well as New Program Introductions (NPI)- Coordinate with other UTC divisions to better align business practices and overall technical skillset- Integrate the Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) business from the Pratt & Whitney AeroPower division for the Support to Operations organization within Engineering- Interact with other UTC divisions to better align tools and workforce strategies in support of Supply Management delivery objectives

Manage a team of 9 manufacturing specialists who support both the design community as well as the manufacturing units in an effort to reduce manufacturing costs and improve production yield/flow.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through our Montreal and Poland offices to improve throughput and operational efficiency- Ensure strategic resource planning to support company wide initiatives for supply chain cost reductions

Project Engineer responsible for the coordination of design efforts for the PW1524G and PW1217G gearboxes for Pratt & Whitney's new product family (Pure Power Engines). - Coordinate design requirements with Pratt & Whitney East Hartford's integration team (customer)- Coordinate design, analytical and product definition efforts with our local and foreign design teams- Coordinate validation testing work for the certification of the gearbox (endurance rig testing in WSK, Poland, fire testing in P&WC Montreal and Element Laboratories, Florida)

Project Coordinator responsible for the successful transfer of component manufacturing from various local and international suppliers to our WSK and PWK manufacturing plants on Poland.- Coordinate integrated product teams to ensure adequate knowledge transfer of the manufacturing processes and tools for components to be resourced- Synchronize development of new components (NPI) for new engine programs to meet critical delivery dates in support of engine certification (PWK, Poland)
