Maintenance & Butternut Contoller.My role in the company is to ensure that all equipment and machinery is in working condition and gets the necessary service's.I am in charge of all vehicle maintenance.I have a small maintenance team and is responsible for planning and organizing maintenance work. I over see all contractors and subcontractors on new projects.I over see the butternut supply to Biobee which is an extremely important role to succeed in producing top quality beneficiary insects.I do the planning and relationship building as well as ordering the butternut.I ensure that the farmers comply to the spray program and deliver top quality butternut through out the year. I am also the Health & Safety representative ensuring that Biobee and all its employees comply with the Health & Safety act to guarantee a safe environment for employees and the employer.
