Clients: Spar, KwiksparManaging staff and systems responsible for monthly catalogues, press ads and visual libraries. This involved digital briefing and download/checking of products. Physical layouts and design as well as overseeing product photo shoots. Checking approvals and signing off digitally on work gone to print. Working closely with clients and other offices country wide ensuring a quality, correct product.

The role involved day-to-day running of the bar and food service. It included stock takes, stock ordering, bar set-up and stocking as well as service itself. It also involved the interviewing of potential new staff, training/testing and managing on a day-to-day basis.
