The goal was to evaluate the effectiveness of the existing scorecard and identify ways to improve the vetting process. I sourced data from scorecards and pdf copies of applications, and conducted a thorough analysis to uncover trends and patterns in the data. My close collaboration with managers in charge of different developments allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of the data. My responsibilities included creating a database in Microsoft Excel from existing scorecards, applying statistical techniques to identify trends and patterns, and presenting my findings to a board of managers in charge of the various developments.
