    Having helped build Uni2 Rent from the very start to the agent it is today I have moved roles from Student Lettings Manager to Property Manager to further cement our reputation on our Students, landlords and potential clients minds. My role involves me constantly working alongside both students and landlords to ensure that they are both happy. This involves liaising with landlords and our maintenance team for any new maintenance requests, keeping costs down for our landlords and ensuring that our properties and landlords are kept up to date with current legislation.Being pro active I am always out at a property checking each request that comes through and even fixing any basic maintenance myself. I conduct the check out process with exiting tenants and ensure the property is clean and maintenance free for the new tenants moving in. As well as conducting quarterly inspections to ensure the properties are being well looked after. With such attention to our students and landlords this is one of the reasons why Uni2 has grown so rapidly and managed to retain all our landlords along the way.

In the evenings when the restaurant turned into it's fine dining mode I would be ensuring my team were properly looking after their sections and keeping them up to date with what had ran out and who were new tables etc. A very important role I played was liaising with the customers and making sure they enjoyed their meal and evening with us and from doing this I greatly improved the companies image, so much so that we were fully booked most evenings! I even had to jump into the kitchen on a few occasion's if a Chef was ill or when it was really busy, to help keep up with orders and ensure our standard of food was kept up!
