PLC replacement project in Ruwais UAE (final customer GASCO) I successfully completed the replacement of the Train-1 Yokogawa SIS (from Prosafe PLC to Prosafe RS) - Management of the whole commissioning team (up to 30 leads and technicians).- Generation of all procedures and OTP.- Creation of the check/test sheets for mechanical completion, pre-commissioning and commissioning.- Organisation of the teams including night shift / day shift.- Supervision of the ICSS contractor (Yokogawa AUH).- Liaise with the final customer to insure the project is done within the time and budget.The whole project was done under OPERCOM methodology.

Laggan Tormore Project- Preparation of the commissioning activities.- Review of procedure and validation of ICAPS for E&I. - Project engineer for the OTS (Operator Training Simulator).

- In charge of the ICSS revamping of the FPU Nkossa project.- Responsible of both technical and financial aspect.- In charge of several projects related to ICSS’s of several platforms with a 10 million USD portfolio.- ICSS specialist providing technical support to TEPC installations.

- Assistance to the operation department in fixing all kind of issues regarding DCS, safety systems, control process loop tuning and advanced control design for several units (steam boiler, CO2 removal, gas drying furnace, MCHE column).- Supervision of the ICSS contractor (Invensys)- Part of the reliability team improving the process performance.
