About Francois Picard

For my mainframe experience, most of it is not the level of entering system admin commands. The closest I have ever came to this level is doing mainframe application support for 7 years. Getting a job on mainframe would be my ideal situation. However this is very difficult to do because there are too many technical knowledge I do not have. Therefore I decided to use my other main experience in my job search: incident / change / problem management explained below.My experience in incident / change / problem managements can be applied to any plateforms. This experience is about understanding a situation, knowing which technical teams to invite, give progress status to the client and help pusing the investigation in the right direction. I have attended many incident bridges where the client was present.I am someone who is direct, honnest, transparent, very patient, often thinking outside the box. I prefer to be always busy because I hate situations where I am nothing to do. I am very social, getting along with anyone. I am the kind where if I do not fully understand something, I will keep asking questions until I am 100% convince I understand. I can be very dedicated, very analytic and I like to help others.
