Sisterna is responsible for the sales, marketing and R&D of Sisterna® sucrose ester emulsifiers in Europe the Americas and South Africa. Responsibilities Sales & Product Manager Personal Care:- Managing sales of sucrose esters in the above mentioned regions- Selecting, training and managing distributors- Visiting (key) customers and presenting technical information and innovations- Guiding technical sales activities for (potential) customers- Initiating research projects for the development of the Sisterna brand- Developing technical input for marketing- Setting up the marketing and sales strategy

On a 9 month trip around the world (South America, Oceania and Asia).

Girasol Natural Products BV is a cosmetic company manufacturing various cosmetic products, medical devices and food supplements. Main tasks and responsibilities:Product Manager:• Product Management from A to Z (from the idea to delivering the end product and after-sales). • Managing projects internally by being in the centre of the different departments and instructing each discipline with what needs to be achieved;• Customer Management of existing customers and new customers: advising on new developments, line extensions, marketing activities, product modifications, etc;• Sourcing (and purchasing) ingredients and packaging solutions, being the prime contact for suppliers;• Pricing strategy for different markets, segments and products;• Stock management for new and existing raw materials and packaging;• Briefing the Customer Service, Purchasing, Logistics and Production department with a customer driven briefing when a project goes live. Member of the Management Team:• Improving the business structure by reviewing the processes and suggesting and implementing changes.
