Provide monthly management reports, including a monthly IFRS Balance Sheet and Cashflow Statement. (prepared using Qlikview, Caseware and Microsoft Excel)Prepare monthly KPI analysis for performance analysis of divisions. Prepare monthly Du Pont analysis for combined group companies to determine shareholder value added and measurement against required return.Manage financial personel (clerks, accountants, AP manager, AR manager).Manage group cashflow.Assist with annual financial budget of group companies. Prepare 12 month cashflow budget along with 12 month projected balance sheet.Maintain compliance with IFRS, Companies Act and Income Tax Act in all aspects. This includes VAT calculations and payment, implementing and maintaining transfer pricing policy, calculation of taxable income (including provisionals), preparing audit file and drafting of IFRS annual financial statements for audit. Also responsible for preparing and drafting group consolidated annual financial statements.Accounting for complex transactions.Continuous review, development and improvement of financial internal controls based on LEAN principles.
