When I joined Breitling, the Swiss luxury watchmaker was undergoing a major business transformation following its acquisition by private equity firm CVC, which brought Georges Kern on board as the new CEO. My role was threefold:SALES GROWTH ASIAI developed key strategic initiatives and supported their operational execution together with Country Directors and local teams across all functional areas (Sales, Distribution, Operations, Marketing). We achieved a revenue growth of 30% yoy.STRATEGIC SALES PLANING- I defined and established business planning processes and tools at a global level (granularity levels: by SKU, by door and by month). I executed the business planning exercise for Asia.- I consolidated global business planning results and supported decision making across functions (e.g. COO for production planning, CMO for product/country activation campaign).- I developed and implemented monthly sales reporting tools, which I rolled-out to 25+ territories.PRICINGI defined and implemented a global pricing strategy, which I executed in 40+ countries and currencies.
