Passionate about Ad Tech as a fast-paced, innovative and open industry, I have 10 years + experience in several different roles ranging from commercial teams management to go-to-market and strategic roles.I have been been succesfully leading cross-functionnal projects with numerous different functions (commercial, legal, product, r&d, marketing, etc...) and have a strong experience in supporting, and now leading, the brand safety charge at Criteo (current Criteo's TAG Compliance Officer).From developping the process and policies necessary to ensure a safe advertising experience for our clients, to building and commercializing brand suitability solutions in collaboration with Criteo's product organization and external partners, I have clients' best interets at heart and firmly believe that performance cannot come without quality and safety.Coaching and developping people is essential for me and I nurture an open, dynamic and enriching working environment for my teams.As a personal note, wanderer of the outdoors, I love freeskiing, surfing, hiking, climbing and fly-fishing.
