As one of the founders of AV&R, my ambition is to create the best products for our customers by combining innovation and lean design. After establishing the robotic surface finishing development plan and product development vision, I now have a special focus on new market development. Graduated in 1990 from a master’s degree in mechanical engineering, I am a trekking and real estate enthusiast. In the last few years I have travelled the world in search of new markets for AV&R. With extensive holistic vision and with a goal to constantly satisfy customers, I lead the company to promptly position itself as a leader in robotic surface finishing on the international market.Various AV&R prizes: Fanuc 2015 global application award, 2014 Quebec export award, 2013 Aviation Week Innovation Challenge, 2013 Quebec Innovation award, 2012 SME (Society of Manufacturing Engineers-US) Innovation that can change the way you manufacture. 2011 AQA (Quebec Aerospace Association) Business of the year award.
