Having completed the development of an IT architecture and roadmap with support from Supernova Services, I am now focused on implementing the architecture and led the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics as our enterprise application platform, and Case Management as the first application on the platform. The “new ways of agile working” exemplar role included supporting the CIS Branch Project and Portfolio Management Office with the development and introduction of processes and artefacts to bridge the gap between traditional waterfall project delivery and CIS delivery based on the Scaled Agile (SAFe) Framework.
