CurrentSupported several organizations to develop and implement a transformation strategy. More specifically:For an aircraft manufacturer: Provided support to Management for the deployment of the Corporate Continuous Improvement Program. Emphasis was on the integration of Daily Management (as deployed by Toyota) with the Engineering teams. The mandate also covered the development of training material for the advanced certification levels.For a manufacturer of generic pharmaceutical products: Identified opportunities to improve overall efficiency and manufacturing capabilities. Improved efficiency translated into consistent delivery, improved flexibility and responsiveness, and reduction in overall production process complexity. Deployment of Lean concepts were within selected value streams and functional areas. For a community center (social integration, employment support and environmental action): Helped this non-for-profit organization to identify and manage improvements to specific business processes. With limited access to public/private funding, it needed to gain efficiency to better serve its increasing clientele and improve customer delight.
