Head quarter :- Attending the general meeting every year for sharing our international vision of the group.- Permanently in contact with the Commercial Group Director based in London for taking all important decision for the branch development.- Having contact weekly with Logistic, Marketing and Finance department at the head quarter for solving all issues we could have in France.Local Commercial dept : Turnover 2016 = 11M€ => Turnover 2022 = 24M€- Team development for being closer to our customers and their needs (product demonstrations, technical advises commercial assistance...) 1 commercial Director and 11 salesrep to drive and 4 independant agencies.- Managing our partnerships contract with distributors which are mainly professional. Negociating annual terms and conditions with the main biggest customer of the company but also adapting our product offer according to their type of clients.- Driving the price policy of the company for insure the right positioning of the brand on the french distribution.- Finding different solution for creating commercial levier and increase our attractivity.- Development of the communication with 1 marketing assistant in order to insure and maintain our presence on social media (13k followers on facebook)Local Customer service dept : - Adapting the team and the organization to our develpment. 1 customer service manager 5 commercial assistant and 1 after sale service assistant.- Identiying all possibilty to improve our efficiency like EDI for orders and invoices for example.- Measuring our service rate and finding the different solution for giving to our customer a better support.Local Finance dept : - Driving the team on all issues which could impact our profitability. 1 Finance and Administrative Manager, 2 accountants.- Managing the P&L till the net profit for insuring the good target achievment.- Management of the Human ressources issues of the branch.- Managing all the legal issues with lawyer.

- Management of the administrative departments of the company, Finance & HR (1 people) and Customer service (3 people).- Being in permanent contact with the headquarter in Spain, my mission has been to manage people, improve processes, insure a good service rate internal and external as well.- Driving the different critical period like closing and budget.- Leading and controling the P&L for a turnover of 9.4M€.
