This project was a fast track project. The goal was a quick adaptation of the processes linked to a new legal measure on additional contribution on revenues from movable assets. My role was to take in charge all processes and support documents adaptations and represent the interests of the business in operational process, in discussion with legal, compliance, private banking, OPS.

The project aims at creating automation on procedures related to the management of persons under temporary administration, as well as the creation of a new specific account type product. My role consists in analysing current processes, otpimize and determine business needs and business requirements to partially automate the procedure in branches and on Back office side.
