Helping people unlock their potential and lead more fulfilling lives– that’s what drives me. With a background in psychology, I enjoy exploring what drives people, understanding their motivations, and providing support during challenging times. In my early career in the prison service and other criminal justice settings, I delivered cognitive-behavioural therapeutic programmes to high risk offenders to help them find better pathways in life.My subsequent roles have been a mix of strategic and operational, working on a consultancy basis to organisations to drive improvements in workplace culture, mental health and wellbeing, and productivity. As an executive coach, I love to help leaders find the capability within themselves to improve their confidence and performance at work.I thrive in challenging situations and every day I learn something new.
