I lead and execute the supply-chain sustainability program. I negotiate CSR and quality matters in the contracts and agreements (>100) with our customers and suppliers. I manage the supplier quality activities of Sierra Wireless in EMEA including the audits of suppliers (VDA 6.3 standard). I also review the Environmental and Social factors result of Sierra Wireless in the ISS-CS database to reflect enhanced disclosure and more transparency in our communications (CSR report, website).I collaborate with internal stakeholders from Human Resources, Facilities, Sourcing, Marketing and Development teams across 3 regions (NAM, EMEA, APAC) to:• Achieve Corporate Quality’s goals including the RBA Code of Conduct requirements and Sierra Wireless’ CSR goals• Partner with our facility managers to reduce our contribution to landfills and our Green House Gas emissions• Assess regularly the CSR risks and the adequacy of actions to mitigate them• Release the CDP Climate Change report• Co-write the annual CSR report taking into account the GRI standard and improve the Sierra Wireless sustainability performance rating• Prepare and coordinate CSR and EMEA ISO 9001 internal and external audits: this activity includes establishing and enhancing our processes, programs and contracts' templates to meet RBA’s Code of Conduct and ISO requirements
