Main Responsibilities• Project Scoping and delivery within major construction projects.• Project Planning.• Management of Project Risks.• Management of sub contractors.• Building and maintaining good customer relations.• New business development.• Negotiating customer and supplier pricing and contracts.• Direct responsibility for asset procurement, finance and product pricing.• Fleet management, maintenance, insurance and stock-checking.• Overall control of human resources, assessment of staffing requirements verses financial requirements (peak 100 staff).• Legal matters and litigation.• Managing the logistical process of moving premises, sourcing new land for lease, organising change of use and gaining all required environmental permits.• Management meeting Chair.• Defining and implementing administrative procedures for sales and purchase across the three group companies with additional control for inter company trading. • Sales Forecasting for use in management accounting and reporting.• Managing the financial control department and authorising all payments to creditors.• Overseeing VAT & PAYE matters.
