Duties and responsibilities of my role.Manage and optimise the configuration of onboarded KINSHIP clients toensure their success with KINSHIP technology solutions Identify platform gaps, and optimisation opportunities; designing andconfiguring the appropriate solution, so that client expectations regardingplatform use cases and functionality are fulfilledMaintain platform relevancy according to changing business needsEnsure that all client users are trained, educated and up to date on platformuse, best practice and functionalityProvide oversight on any additional enablement of the software deploymentto be in line with current architecture and future client needs or businessrequirements Ensure that every client derives the most value possible from their KINSHIPtechnology platform Assist the Sales and Success Teams in providing insight to client health, andworking to win new business and/or grow existing accountsSupport our Head of Delivery to ensure optimal client service as it relates toplatform performance, functionality, enhancements, and configurationProactive management of client environment
