• CCAD is a Designer of Conditional Access Systems for the Cable Television Industry.Head of the PMO - expanding the role of the office.
• Drove the on-time delivery of a lucrative encryption and bandwidth-reclamation project for the parent customers by careful pre-alignment of our respective processes and by leading a weekly tri-company communication.
• Directed a strategic initiative to reengineer processes in line with the introduction of a web-based requirements and test management tool – Contour – with the objective of having all developers work collaboratively.
