Sr. Director Of It Operations And Infrastructure
Current• Driving change across the restaurant support center, corporate data center and corporate owned Krystal restaurants.• Responsible for developing, maintaining and monitoring integrated enterprise applications and data security strategies for Krystal’s computing infrastructure. This includes but is not limited to enterprise network security, data architecture, data warehousing, business intelligence systems, PCI, reporting & analytics platforms, middleware, IT processes and IT governance, cloud technologies, all corporate and restaurant video surveillance and business disaster recovery. • Lead the management of all above store systems, system integration, and middleware stacks for corporate systems• Assist the Restaurant Technology team in the design and implementation of the next generation restaurant network enabling an environment that is easily monitored and managed remotely.• Assist in the support of all restaurant support systems and devices including SOS timers and DMBs• Oversee and enhance the Information Security strategy for Krystal that protects our critical information, allows innovation and growth for corporate and restaurant infrastructure.• Facilitate service level agreement definitions; report progress for new and in-flight technology initiatives; oversee the architectural and engineering process to foster appropriate solution design and roadmap management.• Oversee and implement IT business partner outsourcing arrangements and provide ongoing governance, transition and performance management.• Lead the scoping and identification of IT business and service level requirements across all areas to stress performance, cost management and preparation for future demands.• Contribute to and help manage IT departmental budget and controllable expenditures• Assign, manage and monitor activities of corporate IT staff and outsourced support services to assure that all areas of the organization consistently receive timely and effective IT support
