Together with my friends Malik and Youri, we started Cohabs with the ambition to revolutionise shared accommodation. At Cohabs we provide a network of flexible, fully furnished accommodations by creating sustainable & community-driven shared homes.Prior to that, I’ve been helping several companies and start-ups (in Belgium, Madagascar, France and Germany) innovate, develop their business model or prepare for scaling.Earlier in my career, I used to work as a Strategy Consultant for Deloitte Consulting. My main area of expertise is around business transformation, organisation design, enterprise cost reduction, sourcing and procurement, working capital optimisation and project management. Industry wise, my main assignments have been in manufacturing, FSI and Public Sector.Before joining Deloitte, I worked for 4 years as an engineer carrying out mechanical studies in developing countries.
