In the context of the integration of a new French (Paris) entity, implemented the group financial requirements. Elaborated a set of policies and procedures, described complex financial processes (invoicing, insurance etc.), organized the accounting activities in respect of group calendar and in close interaction with the shared service center based in Belgium. Prepared the first internal audit. After one year transition, the French entity was operational like the other group subsidiaries in accordance with financial policies and procedures.

Romania

Designed and delivered a reporting tool for the management and the shareholder in the context of significant investments of retail stores in Eastern, Europe (Romania). Created policies and procedures, implemented budgeting and cost controlling process. As a result, the shareholder was fully informed of operational performance and treasury needs in order to take appropriate decisions.
