I have over 20 years of experience in corporate and business development, strategy and organisational transformations, policy development, board effectiveness, and strategic insights across multiple industries and geographies.I am a trusted thought-leader and an experienced executive and non-executive director, with a diverse skill set and a strong international track record. I have a proven ability to effectively implement growth, start-up, turnaround, and transformative strategies within both corporate and national/non-profit environments. I am passionate about development economics and proud to be co-building Namibia's economy. I am also a believer in people and skilled at building cohesive, high-performing and remote teams.
