Medical Devices, IVD, ElectronicsPolonord Adeste is a company that I co-founded in 1999 with a university friend, Fabio Zalambani. Born in Fabio’s house as multimedia agency, it expanded into the fields of optical media production (CDs and DVDs) in 2002 and USB flash drives production in 2007.In 2008 the company got certified ISO 9001.In 2014 the company started producing electronic equipment. In 2020 the company started producing medical devices and personal protective equipment.In 2021 the company got certified ISO 13485, opened an internal lab and started producing in vitro diagnostic medical devices. My role is to oversee the company’s innovation.

Production of spare parts for construction equipments.BETS is a company that I co-founded in 2000 along with longtime friend Gabriele Guardigli. One of my characteristics is that if I get on well with somebody and we spend a lot of time together, sooner or later we do business.Incubated in Gabriele’s grandfather’s workshop as a company trading agricultural and earth-moving machinery imported from Japan, BETS then expanded into the field of agricultural equipment and spare parts for earthmoving equipment. It sells to Europe, producing under its own brands, Grintoso and Toyama. Within the company my job is overseeing administration.

I am a first generation entrepreneur. My parents were not businesspeople, though at least in one case I made them become so.Leoni Energy is a company that I co-founded with my father in 2010 and then partially sold. It is responsible for the operation of a 1mwh solar energy plant. I do not have operational roles in this company.

Giesse Group, at the time of my employment, was producing accessories for aluminum windows and doors and automations for gates. It had around 600 employees and a consolidated turnover of 100 million Euros. My first full time job after school, I worked for the company for two years. I was in involved in marketing for the International division that oversaw the countries where the company had no direct presence.Being an employee was an experience that has helped me to understand how people feel on the other side of the desk.
