As Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield | AB Advisory in Costa Rica, I lead the brokerage teams in our mission to add value to our clients in their quest to solve these challenges. My functions, among others, include process optimization, automation, improving business performance, oversight and supervision in key projects, and business development. Leading the Corporate Services team, I am responsible for the daily and constant support to clients in their different Real Estate needs which may range from strategic planning, account and portfolio management, and portfolio optimization, to providing a single point of contact for any real estate project in the region. I work with clients to develop a long-term relationship of commitment to understand their core business strategy in order to align and optimize their Real Estate Portfolio. I have over 8 years of experience in office and industrial transactions in Costa Rica as well as in key Latin American markets such as Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Puerto Rico, Trinidad & Tobago and Venezuela with clients ranging from mid-size local organizations to Fortune 500 companies.
