The specific task was to organize and follow up on the research activities in a wide range of fields, including food, agricultural and zootechnical fermentation, and in the production of bacteria for application in the food supplement industry (probiotics).

The Centre for Development, (Department of Food Microbiology of the company NESTLE’ SA. As head of the Microbiology Laboratory, he supervised the preparation of lactic acid bacteria, bifidobacteria and all matters related to their application in fermented foods in various product lines (dairy, meat, wine, flour among others).

Head of laboratory and production of lactic acid bacteria for application in the food industry and, more specifically, the dairy industry with the specific task of elaborating new industrial systems for the preparation of concentrated, lyophilized lactic acid bacteria.
