Instrumental in growing the brand in major cities across the U.S., including Chicago, Beverly Hills, Las Vegas, Miami, and NYC, where he was responsible for launching Zegna’s first global flagship store that became one of the top-grossing brand boutiques worldwide. Franco helped develop the company’s infrastructure by sourcing & developing talent; standardizing & codifying business practices; and helped create the company’s Retail School. In his last position, he was also responsible for forging and managing relationships with luxury brands in other industries to build strategic partnerships and cross-promotional opps that furthered and reinforced Zegna’s brand positioning.
