Production of Conical and Tapered Steel Poles (lighting) for the biggest manufacturing company in Europe. In detail, for the plant unit, located in Sicily, I was responsible for planning the efficient use of labour, materials and time over two major product-lines capable of running over 1500 steel light poles for week. Coordinating five departments, led by five foremen, for a total of fifty dedicated resources. Main Tasks:- Scheduling weekly production runs based on stocks forecasts and custom orders;- Track production status and reportings to CEO;- Coordination of production flow and processes to ISO 9001 quality standards;- Scheduling preventive maintenance programs with departments;- Organizational management of plant activities such as: scheduling of shifts, overtime needs, etc..- Operative meetings with Chiefs and CEO;Main Achievements:- Maintaining high standard production levels (quantity and quality);- Developed and introduced reportistic's and statistical analisys of production;- Developed and introduced IT production planning, process flow and client order status softwares;- Reached annual KPI steel tonnage goals;- Achieved ISO 9001 certification;- SetUp technical office responsible for in-house 2D CAD blue-Prints;
