I began my role in Sydney as a laborer, but within a month, I identified significant opportunities to improve both the planning and execution of the project. Recognizing my potential, I transitioned into the role of Assistant Construction Manager, where I took on the responsibility of creating the BIM model for the remodeling of 8 Airbnb properties.In this new role, I quickly noticed numerous errors in the construction process that were leading to excessive rework and unnecessary costs. By developing a detailed and accurate BIM model, I was able to streamline the planning process, proactively prevent errors, and reduce rework. At Miller & Co., I specialized in outsourcing services, converting CAD drawings into detailed BIM models across Architectural, Structural, and Civil disciplines. I provided lifecycle document control and was responsible for the production and maintenance of permit, construction, and record drawing sets for various facilities, including residential buildings, factories, offices, airports, and churches.I contributed to significant large-scale projects for both government institutions and private companies in Latin America and the USA. Notable projects included the Ezeiza International Airport model for Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 and the City Hall model for the Government of the City of Buenos Aires, a project by Foster + Partners. Internationally, I worked on projects for clients like Facebook and I9-tecc in the USA, as well as the Mormon Church in multiple locations, including the USA and Paraguay.In addition to project work, I played a key role in BIM training, offering advice and support focused on the specifics of BIM implementation. I was involved in developing strict modeling protocols, programming, and productivity controls.
