Sr System Engineer, with Disprimo NV. Disprimo NV is an IT service provider for SMB. In this position I am responsible for 2nd & 3rd line support for our customers. I am also responsible for quality & ticket follow-up for the whole team (currently 6 technical engineers) and general coaching.Besides the pure technical part, auditing & presales is also a part of my day to day job. On top of this, I am attending multiple social networking events like open coffee, BNI, Link2, … as a means to link with potential clients, suppliers, …As such I can use my technical, commercial and soft skills on a daily basis.

As from 12/2015 I am Head of ICT Services department, following up on the whole team, yet still working as Sr VICT Manager. The team consists of 7 engineers. I am responsible for all ICT Systems with the customer (*) within the boundaries of the contract. For all systems/services outside this scope we still provide support towards their dealings with the 3rd party suppliers. Average scope : Server & workstations with windows OS MS office, BES, Exchange. Netwerkcomponents & patching. VMWare ESX & Hyper-V. Printers & MFP. Antivirus, security, monitoring, backup. Licensing. Hardware support. Avaya. Mobile Devices. Documentation. This standard scope can grow/shrink depending on the clients needs. As Single Point of Contact we are responisble for the communication with the client, follow-up on orders/quotes, validations, project managment, licensing controlling (SAM), lease/warranty erpiry dates, … In my day to day work I am supported by our Remote Monitoring & Support Team. They deal with the 1st line incidents & requests. I follow-up on the team that works on the customers assigned to me. Coaching our Junior & Trainee Profiles Regularly I am asked to join our sales force during the presales. When the sales stage is finished I will start the project plan and follow-through till final delivery. (*) Our clients are generally situated in the small and midsize segment.
