As a consultant at Sixsentix I had the chance to have a dual role, combining client-facing activities with internal responsibilities.At my main client, a large Swiss multinational bank, I found synergies between our teams (up to 40+ test consultants in different business areas and locations) and could improve our operating models. Implementing advanced delivery setups and contractual frameworks has strengthened the bond between client and supplier, increasing the company's revenue and profitability and enabling a sustainable growth.Within my internal duties, I took ownership on business development activities, from end to end sales strategies to the development of new partnerships. I enjoyed the teamwork with the rest of consultants to design better service models, and had the pleasure to be involved in recruitment activites. Through recruitment and service design, I had the opportunity to shape a solution-oriented and growth-focused mindset within the consulting team.
