I am a systems engineer with specialized knowledge in instrumentation and control from the University of Los Andes in Venezuela. I have combined my passion for education with my professional trajectory by earning a master's degree in Educational Technology and specializing in Multimedia Educational Materials and Technological Platforms from the Universitat de les Illes Balears and the University of Rovira i Virgili in Spain.I have had the opportunity to work in both public university institutions and private companies, serving as a professor, researcher, and developer of computer systems, specializing in educational software and learning management systems. This fusion of technical expertise and pedagogical approach enables me to innovate and implement solutions that enrich teaching and learning experiences, supporting educational progress.In my role as Operations Leader at Progracademy in recent years, my responsibility has been to coordinate, control, and evaluate activities among tutors, students, and educational institutions, ensuring the quality of the teaching process. Some of the achievements during this time include:- The design and implementation of Progracademy's computer system. This platform has allowed us to integrate tools that facilitate the assignment, monitoring, and evaluation of activities and interactions among students, tutors, and educational institutions.- Validation of the Progracademy methodology for employability and job generation. Currently, we have tutors who were trained during their Community Service hours and now have employment that meets their needs with competitive remuneration.- The international expansion of Progracademy. We managed to incorporate two new countries, Mexico and the Dominican Republic, in addition to returning to the country of origin, Venezuela, and experiencing significant growth in Ecuador. These achievements reflect my ability to lead and effectively manage strategic initiatives that drive the growth and effectiveness of the organization.
