TTS Partners is a new initiative that was started in 2014. By partnering with other Independent Consultants (Psychologists) in the Talent Management space, the aim is to empower Partners in order for them to be in the best position to help their clients. This is done by providing TTS Solutions through our best-of-breed product range and world class technology platform. TTS Partners are trained on our solutions to ultimately be able to support their clients in making better talent decisions and deliver on their talent initiatives.

Managing a portfolio of clients focussing on the delivery of solutions by combining expert consulting, integrated technology and products. Helping clients make better talent decisions by measuring human behaviour and contextualising results in the broader Talent Management space. It's only when you measure the competency needed to be successful, that you can accurately predict success and make relevant decisions.

COMMUNITY PROJECTS- Career guidance program at Ventersdorp High School where I compiled an assessment centre with psychometric instruments and feedback- Served as the project leader for a school in Ikageng called Katgelopele Pre- School, North West where I assisted them for three years by empowering the teachers through various awareness programs, rebuilding the infrastructure by means of sponsors and projects and assisted the school in growing from 21 to now almost 100 children. My project was the overall winner of the Student Rag Community Service projects (53) and I was awarded young community service leader of the year.- Helped the university develop a leadership initiative amongst young black children in the North West Province.- Presented a workshop on study techniques aimed at helping primary school children enhance their learning and development skills

Completed vacation work at EXXARO HQ in Pretoria where I managed Psychometric testing, career development, organisational development and strategic leadership development in different Business Units. June –July 2011

As president I was responsible for managing all the activities, portfolios and people in the residence. I linked with the student council, the residence housekeepers, cleaners and other parties involved in the residence. I headed all the meetings, co-ordinating my house council and the activities regarding sport, culture, finance, community projects as well as the social activities.
