As an Asset Manager, my responsibilities include a history of servicing distressed assets and more recently performing loans as well. The assets are largely commercial real estate in nature and are located in various markets throughout the U.S. Servicing requires a variety of skills including great customer service, negotiation experience, understanding of restructures, foreclosures, bankruptcies, and real estate owned. My current portfolio includes approximately 60 relationships totaling $119MM in balances. In the prior four years collections ranged from $9MM to $13MM.

Bryan/College Station, Texas Area

During my tenure with First Victoria, I served as a general lender at the Bryan, Texas. Again, my focus was on small business lending and SBA loans. During this time, I was successful in securing for the bank, certified lender status for small business loans.

For the first three years, I served in the Special Assets Division and managed the bank's REO Portfolio including marketing and management of approximately one hundred properties. During that time, I also handled SBA and FSA loans and oversaw the loan analysts. The remainder of my career with First American included a focus on small business lending and specialization in SBA lending. As the bank's SBA specialist, I was instrumental in securing SBA Certified Lender designation for the bank.

College Station, Texas

The bank was sold within months of my hire date, but prior to the sale, I was hired by First American Bank, During my tenure at United Citizens Bank, my responsibilities included commercial lending and business development.

Waco

Initially, hired directly out of Baylor as an analyst, I completed six months of a formal analyst training program with five other analysts. With the advancement of my immediate supervisor, I was afforded the opportunity to assume the supervisor position which i did for approx six months. The balance of my time with United Bank Waco, my responsibilities included commercial lending and business development.
