My main function with the college is to source new business and work with employers to support them finding apprentices.I have experience of using the National Apprenticeship Service website, to advertise employer vacancies and manage applications coming in. I liaise with both applicants and employers to ensure they are kept informed of the progress of their applications. I have knowledge of the new apprentice standards that are slowly becoming available and work closely with the Apprenticeship Manager to expand the apprenticeship offer.I regularly organise attendance of our Open Events and external Careers fairs, to speak to prospective apprentices giving information, advice and guidance.
