Current• Multiple account management• Initiate, establish, and maintain client relations through networking, referrals, and cold calls.• Drive business development by connecting with leaders, and stakeholders within the Engineering/Manufacturing space to provide staffing solutions.• Negotiate contracts, fee schedules, and payment terms for placed candidates.• Conduct searches for Engineering/Manufacturing professionals within various disciplines. • Sourcing, recruiting, and qualifying professionals to perform services based on client needs. • Candidates surfaced through networking, CRM database, referrals, resume portals, and LinkedIn.• Perform interviews and run references to evaluate and assess technical skills of potential candidates to market to potential employers. • Negotiate salary requirements with potential candidates. • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the submittal/onboarding process.
