Current- Multiple account management
- Initiate, establish, and maintain client relations through networking, referrals, and cold calls.
- Drive business development by connecting with leaders, and stakeholders within the Engineering/Manufacturing space to provide staffing solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, fee schedules, and payment terms for placed candidates.
- Conduct searches for Engineering/Manufacturing professionals within various disciplines.
- Sourcing, recruiting, and qualifying professionals to perform services based on client needs.
